      Your work colleagues are great as your all in the same boat and the wages are good

      Cons

      Get no support whatsoever from higher management. Pile so much extra work and jobs on you, but get extra help or incentive or praise for going above and beyond your job role

      Strong industry training, great products, good pipeline with people who genuinely care about what they are doing. The company does have high standards for product quality.

      Cons

      Location is a challenge being in Warsaw, IN. It was a struggle to see the organization lacking the ability to adapt quickly to the ever changing med device industry as pricing pressures continue to mount.
