Its a job, thats about all i can say.

Cons

Glowing reviews 4 years - no raise still. They only promote and give raises to friends. Management plays games (fantasy sports) all day. Founder needs to go away, Omnicomm needs to take full control.... my advice is stay far far away

Apart from free parking? not a lot...

Cons

This is not an ad agency. Creativity is not rewarded. Low pay, weekend work and total lack of respect. Leadership is everything but that. No real experience, not real curriculum. No work you can be proud of. This is a creative dead end. Strategist are simply ignored, the CEO is a dictator, but does not get advertising.

Sometimes there is breakfast and lunch brought in.

Cons

Horrible benefits in Dallas location. Bullying management. Unrealistic expectations. Scare tactics. No work-life balance. Receiving urgent emails all weekend. Sweat shop advertising. Keep a low profile and keep your head down and you might survive kind of deal. The Dallas location is existing because of a big automative account, which could go swing badly any day of the week. Big turn-over rate, which is not surprising. It's more like "back-end-sales" than advertising.
