Pros

So many things to share with anyone interested in reading my post. The best pro is my paycheck and the fact that it clears for payment two times each month. My boss really likes me - a really good thing. I like to play the game I'm in good right now.

Cons

Sunday the day before work it's really hard to sleep know what may be in store at work the next day. Some days are not as good as other days and you never know when the other hammer is going to fall on your foot. Finding someone else to finish my work can be really hard. I like to visit my coworkers all day and work gets in my way.

Zimmerman is a great place to start your career and get a lot of experience under your belt. You have a lot of responsibility on your plate and can grow immensely in a short period of time.

Cons

The responsibility you are given is way above your title or pay. Pay is not competitive with other large agencies. Getting promotions is political a political process based on holes that need to be filled rather than performance or work ethic.
