Everyone at Zimmerman is extremely supportive and pleasant to work with. My coworkers are extremely professional, knowledgeable and are open to improvement. The environment is extremely energetic and fast paced. There is also a great deal of autonomy, especially for a company that is part of a Fortune 500 corporation. There are also many programs for personal growth, including mentoring programs and support for further education. Also the office is beautiful and modern. I cannot think of a better place to have a career!
