Nashville Office: Beware

Pros

Free snacks and drinks. Downtown location (Cummins Station) and a parking pass.

Cons

If your potential new manager is a female, RUN. No room for growth. If you mention your career goals or path you will be laughed at for not having paid your time yet (this really happened). Those that have paid their time are still not getting promoted. No recognition, and undermining of your skills and abilities. Unprofessionalism in front of the client and with management style. Terrible benefits package and the 401k is not worth contributing to. Lack of communication between HQ and regional offices.. was not made aware of processes or that we even had a regular company town hall meeting. No training. Worst decision I've ever made career-wise.

Pros

The building is really nice, there is always free food, work environment is pretty relaxed, there is no dress code, and that's about it.

Cons

All work, no pay. Management is nonexistent and there is no training. Everyone leaves after a year, if they make it that far. I would not recommend.

All smoke and mirrors.

Pros

Free hockey tickets & a discount at Party City.

Cons

No respect. The hierarchy of C-level then mgmt then others is based on patronizing and exploiting young talent, rather than recognizing and encouraging it. They lie to clients. No real creativity, fearlessness or innovation. Recycled and stale advertising is the norm. Endless meeting about nothing.
