Pros

This is the company where you’re going to be to grow. This is your ladder, but it’s not where you’re supposed to stay.

Cons

Overworked underpaid I remember when I used to work there I used to work 50+ hours a week and my salary was less than 40 K pretty sad advertising can have jobs where you are paid accordingly to your job and your workload and compensated for your hard work, this is not the company.

Pros

I really like my team, the building, and my job. I think this is a great first job too because they don’t judge people for lack of years in the field and are willing to train you and show you the ropes of the advertising world. They also have really fun events and go all out for holidays etc. There’s lots to love about working here honestly.

Cons

No wfh anymore unless it’s an emergency or you have Covid - people miss hybrid, but CEO is the only person who is against it. They take attendance every morning in the lobby and you’re put on a “bad list” for possible firing if you’re even a minute past the start time. They literally use green and pink highlighters. It’s very anxiety-inducing.

Pros

Omnicom benefits: health insurance, 401k

Cons

If you were late - arrived after 9AM you had to check in with HR - basically report to the principle's office like an elementary student Christmas: you must work 1 day of the week & on that day you have to sign in - again like an elementary student Very top heavy with anyone underneath doing the work but being trusted with little to no information
