Where do i start? Leads are Clueless (at least in a group i was in). They take a person from a different department and make them a lead of a department that they have no clue in, instead of promoting a person from within the team who knows almost everything. If you have a concern regarding something and you try to talk about it to the Lead, you get ignored. You have to do work of your team instead of giving the work to the person it belonged to in the first place. PROMOTION: If you know how to LICK BOOTS or you are a good friend or relative of a Higher up then there will be no problem you getting promoted. People there get promoted 3 times in 6 months because of FAVORITISM, but even if you were there for over 3 years and you know you qualify for the position, you will not get promoted because you are a good asset to the team. i am not trying to brag, but I did not get promoted because i was doing my job well that they decided i should not get promoted and the reason i know this is because the management said that in-front of me. I was doing even the leads work to make it easy for them, but they do not realize that, but soon they will.
RAISE: You will not get a raise unless you get promoted. Even a RETAIL STORE gives a raise every year, but this Company is very bad when it comes to Raise. They want to keep every penny to themselves. There is a REFERRAL bonus, but when its time for you to get the bonus, they put out the Exceptions list who can get Referral BONUSES.
PARTIES: This company is so CHEAP that even if they have a party, you have to bring something to the party, even tho they have food for you, you are still required to bring something or pay money.
