      No micro-managing. Left a lone for the most part

      Cons

      Extremely low hourly wages. High premiums for health insurance. Not many benefits. Offered position at a particular hourly wage, but changed the amount to be paid at the last minute. Almost a bait and switch.

      As a Federal Government Contractor nearly all of our Library Tech positions are governed by the Service Contract Act, in which the contracting Federal Agency sets wages for certain positions. Zimmerman Associates offers robust training assistance to help employees earn advanced degrees that allow them the opportunity to apply for more advanced positions.
