      I like the industry of field service management.

      Cons

      Favoritism, lack of a functioning product, incorrect expectations, micro management, strategy changes every 3-6 months, and awful senior leadership.

      Thank you so much for taking the time to share your perspective — admittedly, it is always tough to hear that we weren’t able to meet your expectations. We've learned a lot from our customers to get the product to where it is today, and it has been exciting to see adoption rise as more and more customers recognize the value of what we are building. But there is still a long way to go. Sometimes it does feel like constant change is the only constant as we adapt and learn. Like many startups, we continue to look for ways to not only improve our product but also to refine our strategy and approach in ways that we hope put us in a better position to succeed in the future. But we understand that it’s not for everyone. Again, I’m truly sorry we couldn’t meet your expectations. Wishing you nothing but success in your next endeavors.

      Well-funded and good product and have been in business for a while

      Cons

      Terrible CEO and the management team. The CEO has a big attitude and, a "he is always right" kind of mindset, not open to feedback. Public shaming is very common and no culture of feedback. If you are not liked by few guys, you are shown the door without any notice.

As with our product, we are continuously looking to improve our employees' experiences working at Zinier and your feedback goes a long way in helping us do so. So I was sorry to hear that you felt the culture of feedback was lacking as we try our best to foster an environment of openness. We see radical candor as a cornerstone that enables growth at Zinier and an important principle to help our employees improve and deliver excellence.
