      Moving in a good direction

      Pros

      Team is talented and engaged, and as a result, the company is on a good trajectory. Lots to be done, but at the same time, lots of opportunity to take ownership and grow skills in a hands-on manner.

      Cons

      Having a global team can make it hard to find meeting times that work for all. A strong culture is hard to pull off in a remote environment. But I guess everyone is dealing with that nowadays.

      Pros

      -No big company hoops to jump through means quicker action -Feel like my feedback is heard and Product is guided by user feedback -Deeper field service software industry experience from a handful of new hires -Friendly, hands on, get stuff done coworkers -Access to feedback from customers who treat us like true partners

      Cons

      -Like most startups, ongoing iterations to everything we do (pro and con) - We're all WFH. Would be great to see colleagues in person - Global team means meetings at early/late hours sometimes - Always-on mentality to get work done and support customers - Would like more face time and insight into other teams' day to day - but it is happening much more now

      Pros

      Good culture and management team. Co-workers are genuine, friendly, want to help new joiners ramp up. Teams work together globally and pitch in on ideas to build our company brand. Easy to make suggestions and take on interesting projects.

      Cons

      Zinier is a fast growing with purpose and everyone is focused on helping build. You need to be willing to be scrappy to be successful here.
