      I've had a genuinely positive experience working here. The leadership team is supportive, approachable, and transparent in communication. The work culture encourages learning, ownership, and collaboration across teams. Colleagues are talented, helpful, and genuinely pleasant to work with. The company also provides a good work-life balance, flexible policies, and ample opportunities for career growth. The overall environment feels stable, motivating, and employee-centric.

      No major cons. Like any growing company, there are occasional tight deadlines and fast-paced moments, but they're manageable with the support of the team.

      I have been working in "Zinier Technologies Pvt Ltd" from almost 1Yr in the Finance team. As an employee in Finance department, I would rate the company 5 Stars, highly for its strong financial discipline, well-defined procedures, commitment to ethical practices, and work-life balanced environment . The team is collaborative, the work load is well managed, and the management/Leadership team provides clear guidance and timely support all the times. The learning opportunities, Internal systems, company policies, and work culture make it an excellent place to grow professionally. Goodluck "Zinier".

      The base salary and bonus they offer you before they lay you off within 6 months

      Have no idea how the CEO of this company is a CEO for ANY company. He is less knowledgeable than the SC's on his own solution. They promise you a certain amount of money for bonuses and then never pay them out. The management here is very unprofessional with extremely poor leadership skills. Within the first week of working here, they FORCED us to give them a 5 star review on Glassdoor. Insanity. I do NOT recommend working here, ever.
