      Thank you for taking time and providing your perspective. We truly believe in nurturing out team and creating the spaces for them to become leaders. Different time zones are definitely a constant struggle that we will continue to try to manage as effectively as possible, always having empathy for our colleague's time and looking to optimize the different channels of communication.

      Generous compensation Very flat organization so it is easy to influence from all levels Work from home is the norm learn from mistakes

      Cons

      Difficult beginning of the year with some wrong hires and reorg. not really a layoff, it was more of a "purge" of wrong fit and was very challenging for everyone. If you don't move fast it can be a bit overwhelming. SOmetimes learning from mistakes takes too long.
