It can be a product, process, culture etc. Your ideas and thoughts are valued. Feedback is taken as action to improve. Unlimited Sick Leave. Hobby Fund to spend on your hobbies.

      Being a startup we had to go through few growing pains. Communications within different teams has to be enhanced to maintain the culture and innovation.

      Great culture where people are rewarded for results and work/life balance is respected. Solid commission structure and a chance to overachieve on quota. Excellent product that solves a major cost issue in the space. The folks in architecture and engineering are intelligent and truly passionate about developing solutions for customers. The technology is on the cutting edge and the future is bright.

      It's a startup in a competitive space. Many prospects already have a solution in place.
