This company lacks leadership and strategy. In the year I was there the GTM fundamentally changed 3 times which had the whole team scrambling to redo what was established just weeks later. People were let go at a whim, luckily I was never one of them. This created an air of uncertainty and lack of trust, especially when they promote someone and then let them go 3 months later. The CEO is in his first CEO role and using Zinier as an experiment. Scaling and learning from failures is normal in any busines, what is not normal is repeated bad decisions and starting from scratch every few months. I personally learnt a lot about what not to do and I'm thankful for that but don't expect to grow and have strong leadership or mentorship. That does not exist.
