      Being a startup we had to go through few growing pains. Communications within different teams has to be enhanced to maintain the culture and innovation.

      1 - Good and challenging work. 2 - Always open to ideas and changes. 3 - No restrictions on technical work. You are free to choose any best method in the market. End result is to meet the goal, that's it. 4 - Unlimited Sick Leave. 5 - Cool, Self motivated and Competitive team. 6 - It depends upon individual's style of working, some work more, some work less. There is no pressure on management to finish every thing as soon as possible. 7 - Agile process is being followed properly. 8 - Supportive management. 9 - Stock Benefits. 10- Good Pay.

      Cons

      1 - Hobby Fund is no more. Looking at the other important areas that company is focusing right now, removing hobby fund is no more a surprise but it was good :D 2 - Sloppy releases. Releases are sometimes not on time.

      Due to covid situation they have fired a lots of people. Some people thinks that they are owner of the company. Learning material is not there for new joinee, you have to learn from your side. Depend upon JSON , which can suck your mind.
