      Great culture, opportunities but low pay

      Pros

      Great startup culture Fast pace at work but still very cautious to not disturb the work-life-balance Quite flexible with work and deliverables Focused on employee up-skilling and re-skilling Team is very helping

      Cons

      Product is very engineering led and hence, it is suffering Compensation can be revisited every 6 months since the employee output is a lot more than usual enterprise startups

      Amazing friendly environment, too much to learn, supportive manager who helps you out whenever and wherever you get stuck, even if you are intern or full time employee you will never feel they treat you equally, lots of facilities when it comes to take care of your employees, all the employees hired are best in their field and they come from all over the globe.

      None seen till now. I'm sure I'll never see in future too
