      Pros

      -Terrific leadership team and company culture that values people opinions and contributions, no matter who you are or what your title is. -A flat organization where anyone has access to the management and executive team members who are genuinely interested in the well-being and career progression of their colleagues. -Zinier is solving real-world problems in a meaningful way, making it a rewarding place to work and contribute. -Excellent team dynamics and camaraderie within the various teams across the organization. I've made life-long friends here and the general caliber and character of the individuals is high.

      Cons

      Not for everyone. Like many startups, Zinier places a high value on initiative and hustle. So if you are looking for a job where you don't have to do much, it probably isn't the best place for you. But if you are prepared to take initiative, you can really make an impact and progress your career here.
