      Lots of learning opportunities. You'll get guidance. Unlimited wfh. Very little stress. There is transparency. No favouritism. Responsible good management. Listens to your queries.

      Pros

      - The company is in a great momentum in terms of investment, market opportunity, product development and rapidly growing globally, so it's a very good time to join. - As a young company there is a huge opportunity to contribute and add value. - The CEO is motivating and has a great vision. - I'm grateful to be part of this company.

      Cons

      - More than a disadvantage it is a reality, being a truly global startup company is a challenge to handle multiple time zones so it's normal to have some times meetings early early morning or late late night. - Probably it doesn't apply to all regions but, even when it's a young high tech company, the working culture in some aspects is very old fashion.
