Pros
The company is in the early stages which makes it the most exciting period. There is large propensity for growth and the management has vision to get there. The product shows great promise and feedback from clients have been good so far. Management is determined to let their teams succeed and there is always room for feedback and willingness for improvement.
Cons
As the company has grown so rapidly in the past 6 months, gaps will start to widen between the teams and that might translate to miscommunication. These are growing pains and the management of this will make or break the company.
