      Work & Career :- Always Provides opportunities to Work & upskill ourself in Various Domains We always coordinate with various teams within Company with a common goal to build & deliver high Quality Products to our clients . Salary Package :- Overall I was happy with my year to year growth & package offered to me as a fresher(Intern) and with the yearly increments as well. Upskilling fund :- Encourages employees to upskill with various work related courses & to get Max of Rs.20000/Year to reimburse Apart from the work related things :- Freetime & Happiness is also important for all employees. Z-Time:- EveryQuarter 1st friday Will be a holiday to have good times & enjoy the weekends with families . Team Lunches :- Zinier employees will be provided with lunches at team level with certain budget / year. Company Outings :- In Zinier Company we will be taken for 1 or 2 outings with in a year .
