1. Better average pay scale than most of the companies. 2. Amazing team mates to work with. 3. Hard work is always rewarded in form of CITA(monetory reward). 4. Provides better health benifits and if you love gyms then good news for you as all employees of zinnia get cult elite pass .

1. Work life balance is not that good , reason the shift timings are 12 to 9 but the work environment is great and positive.
