Pros

I enjoy my work and the people I work with. My manager is great and is very supportive. There are lots of opportunities for personal and professional growth, as well as movement within the company.

Cons

The benefits are subpar in my opinion. PTO and sick days come from the same bucket, retirement matching only starts after a year, and we are now moving from hybrid to completely in-person, which was one of the biggest perks for me.

Hypocritical and out of touch

Pros

If you are lucky, you get nice co-workers

Cons

They try super hard to underpay you first with a low salary and then refusing annual increases or capping the amount they can increase your salary if you get a "promotion". Basically the only benefit was being able to work from home, but they are taking that away too under the premise of wanting more collaboration, all while making goals about how many people they can outsource from India. Such backwards policies.

Pros

A lot of good people but there are some that cause the company to be a hostile place to work.

Cons

If you work in the mortgage side of things in Denver beware of being marked to be fired or set up to be fired from the higher ups and fellow employees, There is was time when a certain person posted pamplets in the office to keep them away from there department and in another occurrence they even defamed another person.
