- Fantastic culture they claim is all a byproduct of excellent marketing and PR. Actual culture is highly political. A "pass the buck" culture with little to no accountability by leadership. - RTO "mandates" and other corporate policies are enforced inconsistently - Mediocre outdated benefits and non-competitive pay, raises are unimpressive at best and bonuses are often far less than promised - Competence and hard work are rewarded with more work and responsibility and 0 acknowledgement... 10% of the employees carry the rest by taking on x times more workload while leadership continues to emphasize a need for greater efficiency with no action behind it. - Incompetent and Toxic Leaders fail up due to cult like politics and Utah "bro" culture at the top - Failures are hidden or spun into tales of success instead of acknowledged and improved upon - Transparency is non existent - CEO runs the organization as if it's an MLM and not a bank and is constantly pressuring employees to "refer friends and family" to open accounts - Tech and processes are 15 - 20 years behind and all but a couple of technical leaders have little to no capability or strategic ability to fix - The people who could change the organization for the better leave because of all of the above
