Pros
Most people you work with are genuinely good people. Your coworkers care for each other and try to help one another out when they can.
Cons
Everyone is spread so thin, there are just too many projects and not enough people to do the work. They expect you to work insane hours and have no outside life to get projects done. The owner sets unreasonable expectations making everyone run around like a chicken with their heads cut off trying to figure out what he wants. It’s the most bizarre thing I’ve ever been apart of. I do not recommend working here if you want to keep your sanity.
