Pros
Awesome company culture with emphasis on education Awesome awesome people. The HR dept does an incredible job of only bringing in the best Fairly independent work Great support from management Truly remote work - I never met in person a single person I worked with! Was able to work all over the world
Cons
Pay isn't great No financial incentive to stay long term unless you take on more clients (more hours) or become a manager Some difficult clients who expect work on some specialized projects which they should be paying much much more money for (management however is quite helpful with difficult clients) Was asked to work on several projects without pay (I did not volunteer my time, but it looks bad if you don't volunteer...)
