I was connected with many other like minded people, connected with my amazing LOYAL clients.

Cons

Unfortunately, EVERYTHING! To be clear I do not want to come off bitter here. I will provide facts. This past Monday on 08/10/15, myself and THE ENTIRE Zirtual staff over 400+ employees, woke up thinking we had a job only to find a vague email from the CEO that we ALL had lost our job effective immediately due to financial reasons. Company had ceased all operations effective immediately. Just like that, 400+ loyal employees were let go. I've never panicked so much. One day later, after being told to seek out our clients privately and independently from said CEO, Zirtual has RISEN from the ashes and, in addition, reached out to the same clients to let them know Zirtual was back and to "comeback". Twice betrayed. Horrible.

Pros

Work from home with no commute. Fairly flexible hours as a Legacy hired before Zirtual 2.0. Great network with supportive and knowledgeable coworkers. Many wonderful, long standing clients.

Cons

Low pay. Retaining clients who were not a fit for the services offered. Internal ZA support system staff became increasingly less supportive of workers. Superficial attempts at transparency and processes. Rolled out systems and processes without full testing or adequate feedback from workers.

Cons

Underpaid, lack of transparency, management gets paid less than their superiors a lot of times (due to their hourly rate and OT). Oh yeah, and that part about all of us getting laid off via email on a Monday morning.
