Pros

Great hours for a work-at-home gig. The two-week training course is very helpful to hit the ground running. Virtual co-workers are so helpful and friendly to a newbie. CEO and other higher ups are genuinely concerned about their employee's well-being. Don't work on holidays or weekends. Great vacation pay and other benefits.

Cons

Would like more flexibility in hours as a newbie. I know legacy employees already have that and understand that to be an employee need to have a more set schedule, but the flexibility would be great as long as client needs are met! Definitely not a deal-breaker for me though! Zirtual is awesome!!

Pros

Zirtual provides me the ability to have a career and play super-mom at the same time. I'm able to successfully manage my workload and clients all while feeding baby, washing laundry or watching the dogs play in the yard. Zirtual is the best thing that has ever happened to me. I love my clients and my co-workers. The virtual environment poses unique challenges, but upon adjusting, it's a great platform for forming long-term relationships and having fun!

Cons

No 401K matching, but a great range of other benefit options. Still, 401K matching is really important to me, so hopefully they change that soon.

Pros

Zirtual is (and has always been) an incredibly thoughtful company. They treat their employees well and practice what they preach: finding a "win-win-win." That is, they strive to find solutions that fit the company, the client and you - the employee. Although Zirtual is a relatively young company and is not without it challenges, they really do urge employees to give suggestions, tell them what works, tell them what doesn't. More often than not, feedback from ZA's get integrated into Zirtual policies. It truly is a bottom-up company!

Cons

Being that they are growing exponentially (a good problem to have) there is a tendency for policies, systems, etc. to change quickly. One week, you're have a handle on your day to day route and the next you may have a new pod (new inner circle of teammates), new leadership, new login credentials! Although there's never a dull moment here, a perfect candidate is truly flexible and able to roll with the punches.
