I am only here at Zirtual until I can save money and spruce up my admin skills before I start my own company. Here are the pros: -Work from Home -Take several breaks when you want (within reason) -Very Organized Company -Can choose my break times and lunch hour

Cons

-I cant vape in video chats -I cant choose my schedule -Pay is only $11/hr for people with incredible skills.

Cons

-low pay ($11-14/hr) -hours are not flexible -weak infrastructure -poor communication (both internally and externally) -forced interactions for employees in an attempt to foster a collaborative environment -restrictive policies that limit ability to support clients -arbitrary enforcement of policies -high turnover of employees and clients
