      Pros

      Working from home, facing new and interesting challenges on a daily basis, a fantastic and supportive community, great training program. Benefits, sick days, paid holidays: all a huge plus!

      Cons

      Very specific work hours - would like to have a bit more flexibility when needed. Pay is a little low at the current time, but I know the company is striving to improve.

      Pros

      There is a real sense of community working for Zirtual. I feel engaged at work and I get to do it in my PJs! I enjoy working with clients from different backgrounds who challenge me everyday. Zirtual offers full-time employment with benefits. In addition, I feel valued as an employee.

      Cons

      Downsides of working for Zirtual is the rigid hours we work. It would be nice if we could work 8-5 in our own time zone.

      Pros

      Fantastic company to work for, love the flexibility to work from home and be able to utilize my skills and extend my experience. Company has an excellent benefit package

      Cons

      ZA pay could be better, however I know they are working on it. Wish they would implement a flexible working schedule. Rumor has it; it may be coming soon.
