      Pros

      This company genuinely cares for their employees, and does everything they can to make that clear to us. I love the freedom and flexibility that comes with working from home. My pod leader, assistant pod leader, and my pod mates are all wonderful. I truly feel accomplished and valued at the end of the day. Overall, the best job I have ever had.

      Cons

      The only downside I can think of, is not being trained in various programs that a client or clients utilize. The programs I am speaking of are: Trello, Evernote, Expensify, Dropbox, and others. I personally felt incompetent at first because of the lack of knowledge regarding these programs. There have been times that I a felt as though I was thrown to the wolves, so to speak.

      Pros

      Working for Zirtual is physically flexible - you're not tied down to an office or having to commute - you can work anywhere that there's Wi-Fi! The benefits Zirtual provides are great and the people you get to work with from around the country are amazing! The company is continuing to grow and they are always looking at ways to improve our workflow to provide the best Zirtual experience to our clients.

      Cons

      Compensation is only $11/hour starting off, but the company is working on increasing that. Flexibility with time could be improved - currently employees have to be available at set times - the company is also working on this.

      Pros

      Great hours for a work-at-home gig. The two-week training course is very helpful to hit the ground running. Virtual co-workers are so helpful and friendly to a newbie. CEO and other higher ups are genuinely concerned about their employee's well-being. Don't work on holidays or weekends. Great vacation pay and other benefits.

      Cons

      Would like more flexibility in hours as a newbie. I know legacy employees already have that and understand that to be an employee need to have a more set schedule, but the flexibility would be great as long as client needs are met! Definitely not a deal-breaker for me though! Zirtual is awesome!!
