Pros
The people are amazingly friendly and helpful. The job interview process was smooth. I took a short skills test, then interviewed over the phone, then in person in the downtown Las Vegas office, afterwards I was told I was hired! The Zirtual training team sets you up to succeed. If you don't succeed, this job simply isn't a good fit for you. We lost 4 people the first week. Not all jobs are a good fit for everyone and that's ok. Eric, my trainer, encouraged questions and explained things well. He was also available via email for any additional questions. The HR reps, Sue and Alex, are great, friendly people who are glad to answer questions via email. The benefits are great!
Cons
Honestly can't think of anything negative. The pay is a little low for my taste but I am hoping to move up in the company and hopefully things will get better.
