Pros
Working from home. Good benefits. Paid Holidays. No weekends. Set hours, I always know when I'll be working. Paid vacation. My cat gets to come to work with me everyday! We move around a lot for my husband's job, so it's allowed me a chance to focus on my career while still supporting his. There is a lot of room for growth and promotion within the company. They really seem to value their employees. The support system is great! If there is something you need you can just reach out and know you will be heard.
Cons
The starting pay is a little low, but they are very upfront about it from the start so I'm not sure I would consider that a real con. Plus there is chances for bonuses every quarter which adds, and I don't have to commute!
