Pros

Most people work 40 hour week, occasional overtime here and there. Fairly good communication channels are in place. Decent management who know what they're doing.

Cons

Lots of pressure in certain roles, very little in others. Little room for advancement. Lots of background knowledge is tied up in senior employees and is necessary to be successful.
