Pros

Snacks, benefits, group activities, some generally nice people

Cons

-Cronyism -Elite cliques -Tolerance of unprofessional personalities that bring everyone down -HR that doesn't respond properly to concerns if it involves someone management favors -Management that rewards incompetence and promotes dysfunctional structures -Lack of standards in Engineering. Absolutely no attempt to achieve quality by management and they should lose AS9001 certification -Toxic cesspool because of deteriorating environment overwhelmed by overeager sales attitude without a plan

Pros

A lot of flexibility (working time, dress code); Since it's a small company you get to know everyone well

Cons

Management keeps pushing to get things quicker and better without providing the proper processes, training and resources to get the job done. Senior management promises customers unreasonable expectations.
