      Pros

      - Great people (for the most part) - Interesting and impactful work - Good adoption of AI

      Cons

      - If you are any kind of data scientist, you will never be promoted. There is zero upward mobility (you may be able to get a horizontal move). - Disconnect between various areas of the company - A small portion of people are abusive - Compensation is so low that it is predatory

      Pros

      Can only speak for Commercial Operations but the management have been really flexible and understanding since I had my kids. A lot of the team and new parents and there is nothing but support to help do your job effectively whilst taking care of a family.

      Cons

      None come to mind, I hear its different in sales but COMOPs is a really nice place to work
