      Pros

      Very talented people committed to serving customers and vets and partner with their suppliers for a long term relationship.

      Cons

      Once the company comes to a level of stability after the spin off from Pfizer, the major issues with its systems may go away and the colleagues will then find time to focus 100% on being customer centric.
