IT managers are not that knowledgeable and always lead to disappointment. They focus on saving their jobs rather than taking right approach to resolve the issues or improve the process. More importantly the real issue is Senior Management looks up to these managers for any advice. Users/Business is new to SAP and they completely rely on IT COE to provide correct design/Solution, that's where they get tricked. As per culture, Design and solution part is a responsibility of vendors and COE managers with lack of knowledge can't suggest or recommend a correct solution. This creates an ambiguous situation while working with such managers. In overall, IT management is quiet immature with no vision. Fore new hire, anyone who’s ambitious, thirsty of learning or wants to improve skills then I believe Zoetis is not a good choice. In simple words you need leave brain at home and come to office.

- Work - Life balance - Honestly, too many great new products launched right on top of each other and NOT ENOUGH TIME to fully implement them into the field before moving on to the next one.
