      Pros

      Can only speak for Commercial Operations but the management have been really flexible and understanding since I had my kids. A lot of the team and new parents and there is nothing but support to help do your job effectively whilst taking care of a family.

      None come to mind, I hear its different in sales but COMOPs is a really nice place to work

      Solid Benefits—But Retaliation Is a Real Concern

      Pros

      The company is stable and well-established in the pharma industry. Benefits are good and generally competitive with other companies in the sector. There’s genuine flexibility in many roles, and work-life balance is reasonable depending on your team. The systems and tools in place are solid, and the company invests in keeping technology up to date (though, as with most organizations, there’s always room for improvement).

      Cons

      biggest drawback is in the management culture at the upper levels. There are individuals who are very close to top executives, and that can create an uneven playing field. If you end up on a team managed by one of these people, it can be difficult to raise concerns or report misconduct. While there are official no-retaliation and whistleblower policies, in practice there’s a strong sense that people who file complaints (particularly about those with connections to leadership) are subject to retaliation—either directly or in more subtle ways. This undermines trust in the process and can make some teams feel unsafe or unsupported.
