Pros

Good market reputation which is coming from Pfizer. Some international talents whom the company have to focus to them

Cons

Totally unacceptable management style, limited autonomy, US and by this Europe Headquarter do not care about what is going on inside of the organization. All department act independent and no harmony between them. During Zoetis Next period, they did not act on time and they motivated so many people because of uncertainty.

Good salary, the company has good talent

Cons

Need to work very hard in order to get employees trust, culture is poor, lack of trust with top management as they don't walk the talk. Current restructuring at all levels causing severe colleague disingagement
