Good colleagues in lab, not much else.

Cons

Management is horrible Pay is extremely low especially for technicians with degrees Hours are horrible, expect ro be working 50+ hours. Management literally states they do not care about their employees, they expect a ton of work, but do not give pay increases, especially to lab staff. Expect to make a max of $15/hour.

Pros

Nice people in rank & file org. Provides decent technology re: laptop and smartphone. Health benefits and 401K meet minimum criteria for Fortune 1000 org.

Cons

Senior mgm't is in cohoots with activist investor blood suckers to rip the company apart and to sell off for personal (greedy) gain. Zero leadership as most are Pfizer human health castoffs who have no commitment or true engagement with animal health industry. Everyone here who is competent and still remain are interviewing elsewhere to depart from this heaping pile.
