I worked there and everyone is pushed to a breaking point. Management does not care at all! Ive been harassed, gotten things thrown at me, workplace violence and nothing was done. They do not follow doctors notes for anyone!
There are favorites there and it is very political, if you get on the managements bad side.. good luck because they will make it awful there to the point where you break. Its not just me its everyone. Ive seen people break down everyday, quit, or get fired for literally ending up in an ambulance. The benefits.. I'm sorry but only "certain" people can use certain benefits. Good luck going to HR they will not do anything and tell management everything you said. They do not care about the safety of employees, they have broken multiple safety violations. People are scared to speak up due to retaliation and terrible treatment. Management gets to leave whenever they want and take vacation while workers are stuck cleaning up messes and staying overtime never seeing our families.
Certain people get special privileges as well and accommodations while others that actually need it do not. Its truly sad to see becuase I loved my job and the people there. No one deserves to be treated workers are treated there.
Management will also make comments(Not good comments) about weight, race, religion, females, and other things. Then when you go to talk to someone about it.. you get retaliation. Management will literally bully people and think its funny to do so, Ive seen it and so has others.
The last thing Im going to say is if you want to move up.. good luck.. you can try but if you are not a favorite then you will never rise up even if you work yourself silly to make it happen.
