      It is a very good company to start, it has very nice staff, flexibility and good working atmosphere and wages are decent. - One can settle - Very good balance between life and work - Managers understanding - Very good tool to work with

      If you are a person who wants to develop then this is not the right place - Lack of training - Too much free time - Requested training for personal development (rejected) - Studying skim present but very hard to get a lot of red tape(depends on the manager) - Increase yearly but only if your KPI are very good then it will be better then the basic
