Pros

The company is largely staffed by good folks focused on improving and supporting animal care. Their heart is the drug development group in Kalamazoo, where a lot of smart & capable people are doing good work. Generally, though, a good company with eeasonably goals and great benefits and employee support.

Cons

Unfortunately, outside of that group, there is a lot of "corporate turf" protection in middle & upper management, where keeping or growing a corporate team becomes a higher concern that moving the company as a whole forward. (A problem that is not unique to Zoetis in any way.)
