      This is a small company contractor. Typical pros of lower overhead than large companies allowing for a decent salary

      Cons

      Health insurance is barebone and they still have UHC despite recent issues.

      Pros

      This is one of the best places I have ever worked. The compensation is great and the company seems to have the best interest of their employees in mind.

      Cons

      I wish the Employee Training Program is better. I am not 100% sure but there isn't such.
