Family Feel with Career Growth Potential

Have been working for 2 years and have seen tremendous growth from management to company practices. Received mentorship for career growth directly from VP at Zolon as well as guidance to reach long term personal goals. Was able to take advantage of multiple training and certification classes that I was interested in. Overall I think the management team does a good job of taking care of the employees.

Cons

Growing rapidly - I've noticed some growing pains with communication and finding helpful employee information. They recently started new hire orientations on day one, I've heard it's been helpful for new hires to hit the ground running. Wish I had it when I joined so I knew who to reach out to when I needed information.

Nice VP of getting me on board.

Cons

Very unprofessional company. Did not pay PTO when i was forced to quit. Just because i am related to a famous person does not mean i should be forced to quit. Even though the PTO hours were not much still it is against the law not to pay it. Have professional courtesy.

I have been with Zolon for almost a year and I have nothing but positive things to say about the company. Sr. Management is very engaged in the day to day business and been given me the tools to be successful in my position. There is an excellent work/life balance and a conscience effort, on behalf of management to include the staff in major events and give credit to the individuals responsible for winning new business and growing existing business. I could not be happier with my decision to join Zolon.

Cons

The company is growing and there are challenges that are inherent to that growth, but from my standpoint, Zolon is doing everything possible to address the growth issues.
