Corporate wants nothing to do with the actual employees - shows no interest in the work being done, absolutely zero communication from corporate, worst benefits I've seen, no HR, management is lacking, no real leadership, employees seen as just money. Managers belittle employees, no support. No encouragement to improve skills. No flexibility. Low Pay. Want to work somewhere where you'll be disrespected, work here.

They work you like a dog, literally. I have NEVER been disrespected the way I was in my entire life. Grown adults acting like children or disgusting perverts. To hear how/why I was hire 3 months after I started in front of a group of employees was pretty enbarrassing. Needless to say, I will never work for this culture again in my life.
