Great management team, professional and hands on. Zolon Tech is a great company to work for with competitive employment benefits. I was a full time consultant for 2 years and never had any issues.

Trusting management that allows employees to develop their strengths. Understanding management that helps employees identify areas of improvement in an encouraging manner that fosters growth. Highly-responsive HR department that ensures concerns are addressed in a timely manner.

Cons

I am not aware of any downside to Zolon Tech. I have always been treated with utmost respect.

Pros

Project Manager and his superiors were very on top of things and very communicative. Salary great, PTO and comp time great, great parties and other perks.

Cons

Be prepared for a government contract to end at any time due to no fault of your own, even in midstream. They had no jobs anywhere close that I could transfer to.
