For the time that I was there, the company stood firmly behind their values, was fiercely customer-focused and had an amazing group of people that worked well together. There were many opportunities for career growth as well as individual development. There were many strong relationships between engineering and management, based on a high degree of trust, loyalty.
Cons
The company was bought out by another company, which fundamentally shifted their values and priorities; and a large percentage of the company was abruptly laid off.
