Employees know that what we do matters, not only to safety, but also to contribute to the technological advancement of the connected world we live in. Every person I've met lives the values and objectives that we share and work together keeping #oneZonar in mind.

The company really cares about their employees. Great learning and educational program: LinkedIn learning, Lunch and learns, wellness and motivation speakers, ASPIRE, Disc, tuition assistance program. Work life balance: remote working, flexible working core hours, lots of holidays and PTO. Company fun: Blood drive, remote trivia’s, monthly learning challenges, Hot Dog Day, Cinco de Mayo party, Family picnics, Donut days and more! Zonar is adding more attention to D&I, keep it up. Really enjoyed LGBTQ 🏳️‍🌈 trivia. People development team: Employees matter and valued!

Cons

Company is experiencing some changes, continue to remember the Zonar values when implementing company changes. Benefits package are good but costly rates - remove the work spouse additional monthly charge.
