Pros
Upper management took a pay cut during COVID-19 in order to keep all employees working and avoid layoffs. They understand that it's their employees that keep the company running and that their employees have lives and families and bills to pay.
Cons
A lot of the roles get extra work added on that may not be part of their job description. There's not necessarily a person or a department that specializes in the task so they toss it on whoever they can
